Pocket Play Duel · Legal

Privacy Policy

Effective 27 October 2026

This policy applies to the Pocket Play Duel app for iPhone and iPad, published by Tarek Al-Talib. In short: Pocket Play Duel does not collect your personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your game stays on your device.

What stays on your device

  • Settings: your choices for haptics, sound effects and the selected theme.
  • Personal bests: your fastest reaction, most accurate stop and longest rally.

These are stored locally using standard iOS preferences. We never receive them. Deleting the app deletes them, and you can reset personal bests in the app’s Settings.

What we do not collect

  • No name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, microphone or camera data.
  • No device identifiers or advertising identifiers.
  • No analytics, crash-tracking or advertising software is included in the app, and the app does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
  • The app has no servers of its own, and nothing about your play is sent to us.

Purchases

Purchases are made through Apple’s App Store using your Apple Account. Apple processes the payment and gives the app confirmation that you own an item. We never see your payment details. Apple’s own privacy policy applies to purchases.

Sharing a result card

At the end of a match you can share a picture of your result. The picture is created on your device and only goes where you choose to send it, through the standard iOS share sheet. Nothing is uploaded to us.

Children

Pocket Play Duel does not ask for or collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If we change how the app handles data, for example by adding online play or leaderboards, we will update this page before that version is released and change the date above.
