Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the game "Surviving Alopolis" (the "app") uses. We keep it short because the app is built to collect very little.
1. What we do not collect
- We do not run user accounts, and we do not operate servers that receive your game data.
- We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone or precise location.
- We do not track you across other companies' apps and websites, and the app does not show the iOS tracking-permission prompt.
2. Information stored on your device
Your progress (best scores, orbs, unlocked characters and worlds, missions, settings such as sound and language, and your purchase status) is stored only on your device. We cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes this data from the device.
3. Apple services
- In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never receive your card or payment details. Apple tells us only whether a purchase is valid so that we can unlock what you bought. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Game Center (optional) is provided by Apple. If you are signed in, your score and display name are shared with Game Center to show leaderboards. When you play the Daily Race, the distance you reached is sent with your score, so other players can see your name on the daily leaderboard and as a gate on their street where your run ended; in the same way you see theirs. This is handled by Apple under its own terms. If you are not signed in, Daily Race results stay on your device.
- Apple Vision Pro. On Apple Vision Pro the app can, with your permission, use the headset's hand tracking to read the swipes you make in the air, and its world tracking to face the street toward you and, if you switch on Lean control, to read how you lean your head. This is processed on the device while you play; it is not stored and never leaves the device. You can turn these permissions off in the system settings. Ads are not shown on Apple Vision Pro.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app can offer optional rewarded videos (for example a free revive or bonus orbs). Videos are shown only when you choose to watch one, never during a run. These ads are served by Google AdMob, which may collect and use the following, to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and keep its service working:
- device identifiers (such as the advertising identifier),
- approximate location derived from your IP address,
- how you interact with ads, and
- diagnostic and performance data (such as crashes).
We request non-personalised ads, so ads are not tailored from your activity in other apps. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Google's consent form (the User Messaging Platform) asks for your choices before ads are requested. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy. You can limit ad personalisation or reset your advertising identifier in iOS Settings, Privacy & Security, Apple Advertising.
5. Summary of data types
| Data | Why | Linked to you | Used for tracking |
|---|---|---|---|
| Device identifiers, ad interaction | Rewarded video ads (Google AdMob) | No | No |
| Diagnostics, performance | Keeping ads and the app working | No | No |
| Game progress and settings | Stored on your device only | Not collected by us | No |

| Hand and head position (Apple Vision Pro) | Air swipes and optional head lean to steer, on the device only | Not collected | No |
6. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are limited to the general-audience content rating.
7. Your choices and rights
You can delete all local data by deleting the app, stop ads by never choosing to watch a video, and manage Game Center and purchases in your Apple settings. Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to access or erase, but you may contact us with any request, including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law or similar laws, and we will help where we can. Requests about data held by Google or Apple go to them.
8. Changes
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and its date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
