Common questions

Is there a guide for new players?
Yes. A short How to play guide opens the first time you start the game. To see it again, tap the ? button at the top of the menu and then How to play, or the ? button on the pause card. The Help screen also answers the usual questions.

I bought a pack before, where is it?
Open Shop or Settings and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.

I paid for Enes. Is she free now?
Yes. From version 3.1 Enes is free for everyone, so there is nothing to restore. If you bought her recently and want a refund, request it from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Can I change the language?
The game follows your device language (English or Arabic). Change it for this app in iOS Settings, Surviving Alopolis, Language, or use Settings in the game and tap the language line.

My progress from version 1 is gone.
Version 2.0 is a complete rebuild and version 1 progress does not carry over. Purchases are restored with Restore Purchases.

How do I cancel the VIP subscription?
iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Surviving Alopolis VIP, Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple: use reportaproblem.apple.com.

The video ad button is missing.
It appears only when a video has loaded. Check your connection and try again later.

How does the Daily Race work?
Every day (from midnight UTC) one city has the same street for every player. You get one life and no boosters. Your best run of the day comes back as a see-through ghost to race. Sign in to Game Center to see friends' names as gates where their runs ended and to appear on the daily leaderboard.

How do I play on Apple Vision Pro?
Press Play to step into the street. Swipe either hand through the air, like slicing fruit: left or right to change lanes, up to jump, down to slide. No pinch needed. A game controller works too, and head lean can be switched on in Settings (Lean control). Take a break if you feel any discomfort.
